 Jessica Steen, a Canadian actress, is well-known for her performances in Captain Power, the Soldiers of the Future and Homefront, Earth 2 and Armageddon. She also appeared in Left Behind: World at War and NCIS Flashpoint.

 Jessica Steen was born in Toronto (Ontario) to Joanna Noyes, an actor and director, as well as Jan Steen who is a actor and director. She is of Dutch, Scottish and Irish origin.



 



 In addition to her professional life, Steen is an environmentalist and animal rights activist. She is a strong supporter of David Suzuki and the World Society for the Protection of Animals. She is certified as a diver and has trained in several circus arts like stilt-walking, fire-twirling, and stilt-walking.
